In the newest Kobe and Lebron puppet commercial Kobe’s shoes literally bring down the house. The new Nike Zoom Kobe 5’s are in stores now. It pains me to post this commercial about Kobe seeing as I’m from Boston, but nevertheless it’s another great commercial by Nike.

Kobe and LeBron are back for another season of Nike puppet commercials. Their first commercial back features the mysteryof the missing LeBron Air Max VII which is the new basketball shoe by LeBron to come out. It is a to be continued commercial so you know your in for a new season.
Update – The #1 reindeer in the world, Blizten ( played by Lupe Fiasco) spits quite a good verse for a puppet in this newest Kobe/LeBron puppet commercial. We’ll see if Blizten can back up his smack talk vs. Team Santa, LeBron, and Kobe in the next installment.
Listen. I’m a Celtics fan at heart, and I hate Kobe and Lebron with a passion, but I gotta say I love the Nike ads with them as puppets. Everyone who watched the playoffs or watches ESPN saw the one minute commercials they put out. A lot of the comments I found online about them seemed to be mixed. Either people thought they were too long, or didn’t get the point across, I however liked them a lot, they were different and unique. Of course they will never be played again due to Lebron and his supporting cast losing to Orlando in the Eastern conference finals. Go Orlando.

I guess I was wrong, the Lebron and Kobe Nike puppet commercials are still going. This one features Lil Dez talkin to Lebron about not making the finals with Kobe. Gotta love it.
